"Amazing place"

"The room was big, and simple breakfast included. One big thing that stands out is the good location. Other than that, the keys were not working everyday and I had to reset them at reception multiple times a day. And one evening the toilet was stuck and backflowed into my room. Staff say they couldn’t change the room only clean it. Some staff were not helpful at all. And the younger ones were much nicer and willing to help."

"I absolutely loved the hotel! ❤️ The room was clean, the location was great, and the hotel staff were wonderful Thiago and Matteus in special —so friendly, helpful, and always happy to give us directions and recommendations on places to visit. The Copacabana area was also clean and lively, with plenty of restaurants, stores, and things to do within walking distance. 🌴🇧🇷 We had such a wonderful time in Rio!"

"So location is great, staff are helpful. I have a big problem with the rooms. First room I got has no desk and toilet has problems and the plug is beside the bed. Very weird. I request to change room. Staff was helpful and I got a room with a small desk, and the plug is not near the desk again. Super weird layout. The walls are thin too. Overall an aging property, good for few days if you spend time outdoors if not ... Not so good."
