"The hotel is conveniently located just off of the highway with a variety of shopping near by. The staff was warm and welcoming, and went above and beyond to get our large group checked in and met all of our room requests."

"Wasn’t helped when told about the cold water and no soaps in the rooms bathroom. Took 30 minutes for staff to answer phone Breakfast was limited. A lot of construction."

"This was the second most best up place I’ve ever stayed at in the USA. No elevator and no rooms available on the first floor so my back hurts from carrying my super heavy suitcase up the stairs. It barely passed the test as somewhere I would sleep as it had clean sheets and most things appeared to be wiped down, but the floors (although uncarpeted which I greatly prefer as it avoids terrible odors etc)were pretty nasty with all kinds of smudges, scrapes, goobery stuff, the walls were...

"The staff was super amazing and helpful when we needed extra towels and things. The only thing that was a little upsetting was the people next door being loud until 1am and than back yelling and screaming at 6:30. (Not the hotel’s fault)"

The furniture was old and in poor condition, no shampoo was provided (just soap bars), no hair dryer was provided. Worst of all, there was lots of hair on the floor. I requested a different room, but was told that they couldn't approve a room chance withoit a manager present. The breakfast was okay. The whole place appeared to be in poor condition. We will not be staying here again."
