"This location is old but clean. It was also very quiet as there seemed to be few customers. We stayed 3 nights while enjoying the convenient location to the Indiana Dunes National Park and a lot of nice restaurant options. The beds were comfortable. "This motel is very overpriced for the amenities and cleanliness. This is a motel and yet the front door do not automatically opened. With luggage this was very difficult to navigate. Looking at the ventilation unit filter, one can tell that this room has not been cleaned. The window was open. The shower head was Filthy! There was no plug in the drain to take a bath. Highway noise all day and night. The carpets are brown, as to not show dirt? Breakfast had waffles but the batter was...

"Bathroom floors were dirty and sticky. Room was supposed to have blackout curtains…room had sun shining through the windows at 5:30AM. Awful!! Manager was very rude and said they knew the curtain wasn’t there/damaged and have a curtain on order - sorry that’s unacceptable for someone to stay in the room!! Never would stay there again."

"Just a wonderful stay especially for the price. Hotel is set off the main highway in the woods. We had a king bed room, it was huge and very comfortable with a balcony overlooking the woods. Dining room was very nice and a very good breakfast. Oh yes, indoor heated pool and sauna! Sad we stayed only one night."

"The staff here was exceptional. Everyone was so friendly and helpful. However, our room felt a little outdated and needed a new coat of paint. Also, the carpeting seemed oddly dirty. "If I had to assign a number between 1 and 10, I'd give it a 9. Room was very clean, quite large (although that didn't really matter since we weren't in the room all that much) but most importantly, the shower was great! Oftentimes, the shower in a hotel is a letdown and leaves me feeling a bit unsatisfied, but the showers at this particular location were fantastic."

"Pine Lake Resort is our go to hotel. They have the biggest and nicest pool of any hotel we have been to in the area. Unos pizza is excellent and attached to the hotel. Our favorite thing though is the staff. They are all very friendly and extremely helpful. Smit the front desk clerk is a wonderful young man, he goes above and beyond to ensure you enjoy your stay. This young man's amazing disposition is honestly what made us fall in love with this location. As much as we look forward to...

"Suited our purposes for a short stay. Room was fine, though bathrooms are dated and there were some questionable hairs on the walls and ceiling. Wifi, ice machine, and air conditioning all worked well. Breakfast included was plentiful and had a good selection, and location was convenient with lots of restaurant and shopping options nearby."
