"This is the 2nd time we've stayed at the Regency for a business trip. This time around we booked it last minute as our original hotel in Coleshill was awful and we had enjoyed our previous stay here. "Easy to locate as it's right by Birmingham airport which also links to the NEC via Airlink. I stayed for 6 nights and it was cheap and cheerful and fit for its intended purpose - the staff were lovely and very helpful when I had an issue with my card key (mobile phones can de-magnetise the card and stop it from working) Despite being near the airport I had no issue with outside noise which is fantastic as I am a very light sleeper I would definitely stay there again"

"Used this hotel when visiting the NEC. Staff very friendly and helpful. Food was really nice and the lunch menu was enjoyable. Room was nice (bathroom layout was a little weird - my wife locked herself in). The only complaint was the beds had new mattresses and were rock hard and slightly uncomfortable.
