"We had a great stay. Only suggestion would be better breakfast options. Does anyone really eat that highly processed, artificial Yoplait stuff they claim is yoghurt?"

"Great location in Pacific Grove. The staff were super friendly and helpful! The room was very spacious and nicely appointed. We walked to see the sunset each night. The convenient grab and go breakfast was great for on-the-go travelers like us. Easy access to the beaches, 17-Mile Drive and Monterey."

"Wow!! What a fabulous surprise! We had booked the Carmel Mission Inn just for 1 night as a quick stop while heading north, but boy do I regret only staying for 1 night. "We had a lovely stay at the Charles Pacific Grove property. The staff was very friendly and room was nicely decorated. The inn is very quaint with a nice sitting area to meet other guests. The breakfast was very tasty with fresh fruit, yogurt and pastries. We look forward to coming back soon!"

"Room was awesome the view was insane. I know it's a bed and breakfast but still wish room had a TV. Area around is pretty nice ,really quiet. Parking was not great. Breakfast wasn't bad all the staff was super nice and polite. "

"Everything was great. Small things could be better: In the room, "Heat" did nothing, but setting the Thermostat to 'cooling' actually switched the HEAT and fireplace on... (room 104). Also, it would be lovely if the top windows could be somehow covered like the patio ones - it gets super bright in the morning. But overall, great stay, one of the best in Carmel, and Parking is a big plus."

"The fireplace and ice machine didn’t work. Office opens at 8am, checked out at 8:10 am there was no one at the front desk another customer was there and had been hitting the bell a few times with no response she finally knocked on the door behind the desk a few minutes later a person came out looked like he just got out of bed. Room was clean, good hot water."

"Typically love staying here. Our room was directly above a karaoke bar and we got very little sleep. "

"The property is very clean. The bed was comfortable, however, the pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The breakfast was always well stocked and the breakfast area was clean and well attended to. The doors to the outside have a gap on the bottom that allows light and noise to come into the room. Adding a door seal could really help with that. We ended up having to use a pillow because the light was bright coming into our room. Overall it was a good stay. I would definitely stay here again."

"What a DISAPPOINTMENT! When we first arrived, we asked why doesn’t our room have a fireplace? The front desk clerk kept insisting our room had a fireplace and it was right underneath the television. We finally asked her to come to our room and show us. So, she goes to our room. Notices there is no fireplace.
