Noise from neighbors can be an issue as most of the tourists in this area are from China, Korea, Thailand, they can be inconsiderate and rowdy until late at night."

"Family of 4. Travelled with extended family. They booked us rooms close to one another. Too bad they didn't have connecting rooms. The room was small but sufficient. The bathroom was very cramped but functional. Beds were comfortable. They don't change the sheets daily unless requested. They replenish complementary water bottles daily. Toiletries you have to get at the lobby. 7/11 is across the street. Lawson a block away. Canal City was a short distance, about 3 blocks. Hakata Station was about a 10minute walk. If you'll be renting car, there is a paid parking 2 streets away."
