Residence Hotel Hakataekiminami
Residence Hotel Hakataekiminami"Good for families. Wish there was more floor space to spread out. No hooks for towels and only one pot for cooking. Full kitchen was a plus as was the washing machine. Great location and nice building. Would definitely stay again if I return to Fukuoka. "

R Hotel HAKATA minoshima
R Hotel HAKATA minoshima"Clean and well-managed spot All contact-free; I was a little confused about the check-in process, especially given the sticky, hot summer temperature (35’C plus humidity), looking at a small ipad and standing outside the building in that weather. Still, I figured it out, and stuff (via the messaging system) helped me. The assigned room was clean and cool with A/C. The little kitchen was useful and cozy; the smart TV worked well. Great stay!!! I will definitely try again (next time wont make...

Subway lines converge at Tenjin Station with frequent service throughout the day. The dining scene ranges from basement food courts to rooftop restaurants serving local specialities like Hakata ramen and mentaiko.

Traditional yatai food stalls line the streets as incense wafts from the historic Kushida Shrine. Canal City dazzles visitors with cascading waterfalls and multi-level shopping arcades filled with local crafts and international brands. The riverside comes alive after dark when food stalls serve steaming bowls of authentic tonkotsu ramen. Both traditional machiya townhouses and contemporary buildings create a fascinating architectural landscape.

Hakata Ekimae
Hakata Ekimae serves as Fukuoka's bustling transit hub, centred around the gleaming Hakata Station. The area pulses with energy as travellers move through its modern glass and steel towers. Shopping options abound from underground malls to Canal City's curved architecture with indoor waterways. "大堂很漂亮,交通也挺方便。早餐一般"
THE BLOSSOM HAKATA Premier
"We had a room on the 14th (top) floor. Free snack and drink bar was very nice and relaxing."
JR KYUSHU HOTEL Blossom Hakata Chuo
"I am very happy with the hotel. "
Hotel New Otani Hakata
"Nice location and friendly staff!"
ZONK HOTEL HAKATA
"We loved getting free coffee and snacks . Too bad we weren’t drinkers . Everyone was enjoying the free in room bar selection and beer on tap in the lobby . Reasonably price, good locations. We will definitely try the other locations ."
Mitsui Garden Hotel Fukuoka Gion
"Family of 4. Travelled with extended family. They booked us rooms close to one another. Too bad they didn't have connecting rooms. The room was small but sufficient. The bathroom was very cramped but functional. Beds were comfortable. They don't change the sheets daily unless requested. They replenish complementary water bottles daily. Toiletries you have to get at the lobby. 7/11 is across the street. Lawson a block away. Canal City was a short distance, about 3 blocks. Hakata Station was about a 10minute walk. If you'll be renting car, there is a paid parking 2 streets away."
Hotel Hokke Club Fukuoka
"Lovely hotel and ideal for a walk to the station. Fresh bottle of water provided every day. We didn’t try the breakfast and unfortunately ran out of time to try the Onsen. Would def recommend hotel as all staff very helpful and clean hotel."
THE KNOT FUKUOKA Tenjin
"Very good for the price, unfortunately we only stayed one night but I definitely recommend, it has really good location and staff is friendly !"
Nest Hotel Hakata Station
"The hotel counter had a convenient luggage storage area, and one of the staff spoke decent English, making check-in smooth. The room was small, and the bed was tiny; it was quite cramped for two adults. Our family of four split into two rooms, which was more comfortable. The hotel's location is very convenient; Hakata Station, Ichiran Ramen, a drugstore, and a convenience store are all within a five-minute walk. I would definitely stay here again next time I'm in Fukuoka. The only downside is that the hotel breakfast remains unchanged, so I won't be spending extra money on it."
