"The room was clean but didn’t smell clean had a damp smell. The ac was super loud too. But worst was traffic noise, from the LIE at night. The gym was good, but no bottle water in the gym, the dispenser was empty. The breakfast was very good, lots of options."

"The room was very clean and very big. Plenty of towels, pillows and blankets. Staff was very friendly at check-in. The location was very convenient right off the LIE. The area had restaurants, Starbucks, and a Walmart. There was an outdoor patio for grilling and a fire pit. The breakfast in the morning had a good selection -fruit, cereal, baked goods, yogurt and more."

"On the first day I found the toilet seat was unsecured on one side. I immediately informed the desk clerk who said he was sending someone to fix it. No one came, even after I requested service the following days! I had NO ROOM SERVICE MY ENTIRE 6 DAY STAY!! Your site advertised a restaurant in the lobby. Upon check in the clerk stated it was closed; would possibly open the next day?? Never opened!! Overall very poor experience!"

"The room was clean the bathroom tub was a little dirty but I guess it wasn’t the worst. My checking was smooth jessica fixed everything when I accidentally booked the wrong room. Things went good though. I like the fact that you need a key card to get in the front door I felt very safe. I would stay here again. Even thought the parking garage was full during my stay & o had to park on the street or a different parking deck."

"Solid little hotel and a great option for south Brooklyn (there aren't many). The staff is very nice and helpful. The bed was very comfortable and the bedding and towels were soft. These comforts go a long way when you're traveling and some high end hotels don't get that right. Easy to walk, train or rideshare to nearby Park Slope, Gowanus, downtown BK and into Manhattan.
