"Grundsätzlich ein super Hotel. Ausstattung, Lage top. Allerdings scheint das Hotel nicht dafür ausgelegt zu sein, dass es ausgebucht ist. Das Konzept im Restaurant ging leider nicht auf. Ständig leere Behälter. Tische wurden nicht zügig abgeräumt, daher Wartezeiten beim Einlass. Sehr verärgert waren wir über die Behandlung im Spa/Indoor Pool Bereich. Es wurde beim betreten schon darauf hingewiesen dass Kinder zwar "geduldet" sind, allerdings nicht "empfohlen". Wir waren im letzten Jahr bereits...

"Location of hotel is very convenient. Pool on roof excellent and staff all lovely. Nice bar in the evening and good service from bar staff. "

"The hotel is in a prime location. The staff are friendly and extremely helpful. The breakfast has a lots of choice and delicious. Rooms are clean and spacious with fridge kettle and coffee machine . We didn’t use the spa but looked great. The pool has amazing views and great pool bar . The bao buns are especially tasty . Would 100% return and recommend to anyone."

"Overall not a bad experience very close to the beach and good access to buses. Room was clean. And quiet no noice from other rooms but was a bit noisy from outside. The AC did not do anything. Room was okay. Would have expected a kettle in the room. They don’t have double beds so not really comfortable. Beds move around a lot would have expected them to be at least tied together or something so they don’t keep sliding around. Pretty sure they gave us the same towels on the second day. "

"zum Vergleich zu einem anderen 4* Hotel in Alcudia (wo ich 1 Tag zuvor noch war), würde ich dieses mit gut bewerten. Zimmer sauber, Personal freundlich und hilfsbereit, Frühstücksbuffet überschaubar (waren aber auch sehr wenig Gäste). Hotel in einer Seitenstraße und war recht ruhig. Bushaltestelle 2 min. zu Fuß entfernt und mit Bus 30 min. bis nach Palma. 3 min. zu Fuß zum Strand."

"The sea view rooms are to die for waking every morning opening your curtains to that view! Great position as well for both beach, amenities, and travel into Palm itself "

"De kamer was schoon ontvangst bij aankomst (weet niet de naam meer)heel vriendelijk en een welkomst drankje gekregen. Het ontbijt was heerlijk, de ligging eigenlijk alles. Voor vragen kon je altijd terecht en ook David heeft ons steeds erg vriendelijk te woord gestaan en geholpen"

"Very clean, very windy, the sauna has to be booked in advance, the gym is very small. No jacuzzi , indoor pool cold, food was divine. Restaurant staff excellent, other staff not so nice except the older man with glasses at reception was so kind. "

"Het ontbijt is uitgebreid. Je mag zoveel eten gaan halen als je wil. Het zwembad is goed uitgerust. Het water was niet warm. De fitness is heel klein. Enkel cardio kan er uitgevoerd worden. De ligging is heel goed. Dichtbij buslijnen richting Palma. De kamer wordt elke dag gekuist. Wij kwamen wel meerdere keren haren van vorige of andere mensen tegen op ons bed… niet proper!!! Het personeel is vriendelijk. "
