"Great for families"

"The breakfast buffet excellent and staff serving/cleaning tables was efficient and friendly. However, the staff responsible for cleaning the rooms was negligent. Four out of the nine days that we stayed there we had to call several times to get service even after we had been out of the rooms all day and the service light had been on."

Rooms are well appointed, modern with exceptional bedding. Missing some ammenities and service but i would expect this is due to the villa style of villa rooms. "

"There were flies in the breakfast area. F&B staff were helpful and dedicated. Check-in experience was slow, took about 20mins to check in but received a room that has construction view. Was not shown to the lift lobby while other foreign guests were. Not a pleasant stay overall for the bucks spent. Disappointed."

"Free filtered water and all the drinks in the bar is also free and gets refilled daily. Staff were very nice and courteous and the location is walking dostance to metro to get to vivo city as well as universal singapore"
