"The bed was ok, it was a single, lots of storage, kettle with tea bags, tv and a safe. Bathroom light was automatic so goes off if you're in the shower, where there was no shower gel or soap. The internal stairs are fine but getting out the fire escape for out of hours access is where it's tricky. There's a balcony out there with seating. Fine for short stays and there's a bus stop outside for when it runs."

"We were given a full tour of the boat we had reserved with instructions on how to start the engine to make hot water, starting the furnace, etc. but the number of beds had unexpectedly changed (Cru Houseboats was under new ownership since we booked our stay) and the requirements for operating the boat did not appeal to us so we did not stay there. The staff were extremely helpful in finding a hotel late in the day that was close by. "

"This was a beautiful home, just a few minutes walk from the centre of the town, with nearby shops, restaurants.
As a group of friends celebrating knowing each other for 20years, this was the perfect base for our short stay.
It's tastefully decorated, the bedrooms were lovely.
In the attic there is a king size bedroom with en suite.
Middle floor one King at front and 2 doubles at rear plus large bathroom with shower and bath.
Bear in mind there is no parking, but a short walk away is Station...
