"Reason I rate four stars was cause I needed to use the restroom because the one in my room was in use. I went down and asked him and said it was broke, but the guy the cleaner was very rude his what do you want? I was I need to use the restroom and he was like don’t you have one in your room? I was like yes, but it wasn’t used the way. He walked towards me in a combed way. Make me feel very uncomfortable and challenge. There’s no way to treat guests."

"Besides the bathroom floor having a pool of water from a leak and the dirty/stained bathtub. This place was very nice especially given the price! Staff wise the man at check in was super quick and kind. Will definitely come back to this hotel!… just watch out for some of the sketchy room renters people were outside smoking dope and I had to walk past them definitely don’t book a room alone always have someone with you preferably a man. "

"Room was good and bathroom was clean. Toilet paper holder was behind the toilet so difficult to reach. A/C ran all the time so room was cold. Tried adjusting it but then it got to warm and it still ran all the time. Breakfast was filling; egg omelette with cheese, cubed potatoes, turkey sausage patties, cinnamon rolls, and coffee. No biscuits and gravy! This location is right next door to a Cracker Barrel so dinner was convenient and in walking distance. All in all, a good place to stay and cost...

"I love this hotel. It reminds me of a smaller version of the palacio del rio in san Antonio, which is one of the top hotel there. I stay here 80% of the time. "
