"E Mail advised to contact the staff with eta or 30 minutes before arrival. I text and made 2 calls but the person i spoke to did not seem to understand what i was saying. I had to phone again when we arrived and had to wait outside. A man arrived and did not acknowledge or communicate with us. Neither did a woman who was cleaning inside the apartments. Eventually a man came and pleasantly but briefly told us to leave keys he gave us on the side when we leave. No internet or any other...

"Nous sommes venus à Londres pour faire des musées du coup le logement était anecdotique. Cependant nous avons était agréablement surprise par la « qualité » de l’hôtel. Nous avions vu des avis mitigés. L’hôtel est dans son jus mais fait l’affaire. Les lits sont confortables et propres, la salle de bain mériterai d’être refaite.
