"We had a great experience, everything very clean and great view of the Castle outside.
Nice large room and staff very attentive,
Heating in room not working, but an oil filled radiator was supplied that warm the room up lovely in no time
Also, the shower probably needs updating as a little bit outdated and we were unable to get a comfortable temperature and flow ratefrom.
All in all a very comfortable stay in a large room with great views of the castle at a great price definitively four stars...

"see my review for Baylis House Hotel which is the same hotel. It is old run down hotel. I stay there because it is cheap and I just need a bed for the night. It is a 2 star hotel. 1 star for having a hot shower and 1 star for having wifi."
