"It's just a student accommodation thats been opened up for use during the summer.
It's a nice area. Felt very safe and has some food and shopping nearby. Probably a 20 minute walk from the station and city centre.
The accompdation was nice, modern and comfortable. Not as good as a traditional hotel and definitely not as quiet/sound proof. When people entered the building the door opening and closing was very loud.
They gave me 1 towel for a 4 night and said they'd charge me €5 for a clean...

"minimalist but sufficient if difficult to find other options when US flows down in Dublin.
no hot water so showers take less time ;-)"

"Area was very quiet. With parking right out front. 20/30 mins to dublin city. Bed comfy and hosts friendly"

"Just a warning, the snug is behind the bar owned by the same family. There’s a small driveway at the end of the bar a hairstyle place and some other little shops. The hotel was very quiet and comfortable. The rooms were huge and the bathroom is very nice and all brand new. In the morning we did have some toast and tea and it was nice to have the availability of fruits and vegetables and yogurt and so on for the free breakfast the host was very nice."

"The stay was amazing! The owner was an excellent host! Made me and my fiancé feel welcome the entire time we stayed. The breakfest she offered was incredible! Cannot recommend this place enough! "

"I requested a twin bed because my companion could not sleep. I am 76 years old and not able to enjoy stairs this place a a lot of stairs as we were placed on the top floor. But anyway , it’s over and still grateful to have a place for us."
