"We had a lovely stay. The facilities and staff are all brilliant. The pool and lake was a bit too cold for us in October but will be back in the summer. We had lots of little walks, family game time and enjoyed the boat in the lake. Our dog was in heaven swimming every day!"

"My family and I enjoyed our two nights at the lodge. The rooms and the ensuite bathroom are neat (though there was no toilet brush) and have got its own television. The kitchen also has a sitting area to relax, a dinning and its own television, all basic cooking utensils are available. Most importantly the gentle man in charge was reachable, responsive and respectful. If I were to visit Kings Lynn again I'll definitely lodge here."

"Lovely site, with new shepherds huts and yurts being adds to the site.. work is ongoing but done respectfully. Very peaceful with no WiFi, no phone signal or TV.. which was a plus, sat into the night by the fire pit talking playing cards etc. "

"1. No prearrival communication. I had to call the day before to find out what was going on "call me when you arrive" was the answer 2. Amenities not great: no waste bin in the kitchen, washed up crockery left out on the drainer, bathroom dirty, toilet seat not fitted to the toilet 3. The beds were nice and well made up 4. "The stay very good providing that it was our first staying in a caravan. We were surprised that the living room was quite spacious with very comfy sofas. Literally 1 minute walk to the beach with small coffee shop and toilets."
