"Nice building but we were put on the top floor and we asked to move due to my mum being disabled (they don't have lifts) and the people in the room next to ours were noisy, the person we talked to was very nice and told us we could stay in another room on the ground floor. "This venue has great potential and the new owner and team obviously have an exciting vision for the future. The hostess was exceptionally friendly and helpful and the breakfast (included) was very tasty. Attention to detail in the room could have been better. Carpet needed hoovering (and replacing) the bed hadn’t been made and although this was remedied, it looked thrown together. The loo seat was a bit ‘mobile’ and there was no hot water in the shower (apparently the boiler had tripped out)....
