"It was our first overnight stay here and we were pleasantly pleased how conveniently located it was to the centre. Tea, coffee and sugar provided, a very comfortable double bed which was spotlessly clean and fresh and everything we needed for our stay. We will definitely stay here again. Car parking is directly opposite. "

"I have already text you regarding our stay it was not a hotel it was a air bed. There not enough room to swing a cat. There was only 1 towel and one beaker and no toilet roll. The outside stairs to the were dangerous. We only stayed one night as my husband nearly fell twice trying to go to the toilet. We need you to contact us so we can complain. "After going through the front gate that should have locked I came by a dumpster full of stinking garbage. The small courtyard was filthy. The stairs going up to the rooms needed a good cleaning and refurbishing. After opening the door to the room I was surprised how small it was, 8’x8’? The shared bathroom, toilet paperless, was dingy and poorly lit. Some photoshop trickery must have been used for the pics of the place. "I can't say enough great things about our experience. It was really like walking into a well appointed apartment and we felt very at home as soon as we walked in. Bed was very comfortable and we also appreciated the small touches like finding a small bottle of milk in the fridge. It's a very short walk from Preston Station, and beautiful Avenham Park is right around the corner. Very short walk to city center also. Great location and accomodation!"

"Plenty of hot water , shame shower wasnt up to much (not a power shower by any stretch) we found double bed and settee not comfortable. Nice spot , but it is a very steep drive down to cottage , we walked to Skipton via the top road which wasnt really walker friendly , on our return weather took a turn for the worse so an uber was booked which was a good call as we thought a wet back road would definitely hazardous. Not sure we would return at over £200 per night ."
