"I was able to park my car just a few steps from the door to my room. Parking is free, which is appreciated because a lot of places in the Palm Springs area are now charging for parking. The staff was excellent. They took care of our needs. I was nervous with the Air Conditioning upon checking in. However, I was wrong. The room cooled down fast and was always very comfortable. We were assigned a partially handicap room (room 106). It was very spacious and had very comfortable beds. I will say...

"Great space, huge and the pool was amazing with the coolest hot tub. Very kid friendly. Didn’t like the push for a timeshare since you check in and multiple calls. But for the most part we loved our stay and it’s close by to go and get food :) no complimentary breakfast and only had two towels in the room when there was four of us. So though I paid for the room used a small rag for when I showered. "
