"The staff at this hotel were friendly and professional and they can communicate with you in different languages. The room was clean and spacious. I really like the terrace on the top floor. It's near the Vatican and close to some landmarks. I am happy with the choice I made"

"From the moment we arrived, the staff was warm, friendly, and consistently helpful. The room and building were clean and maintained with a couple of exceptions. The main issue being the air-conditioning. We reported this immediately and again the staff was very helpful. The repairman was contacted and he came the next day to fix the unit. Unfortunately, by the time we returned to the room, a/c wasn't working again. We were without a/c until the last 2 nights there. The staff worked hard to do...

"check-in was fine. the room itself is okay. the toilet never seemed to flush completely. the toilet roll holder also kept falling off. it seems like the hot water runs out after 10 minutes. also my key-card seems to always not work. i have to get front desk to help me re-activate my card, this happened maybe like 5 times in the 3 nights i stayed.
the immediate neighborhood is not bad, about 7 minute walk to the train. "
