"Thank you, Premiere Inn, our overnight stay was perfect and easily could stay longer, to accommodate our family of 4. It was clean, the staff were friendly, resourceful and accommodating. If you have lots of luggage, it is better to catch a cab from the rail station. Only £5-€12 because it's close but hilly. The breakfast was delicious and good value. Durham is beautiful and charming with so much character."

"Staff were very welcoming and polite. We had an issue with the telly in the first room they put us in, when speaking to the staff about this they decided to move us rooms which was so thoughtful. They didn’t have to do this. For it being a little hidden gem we will definitely be back!! Once again thank you to the staff at Hansen Hotel. We felt so welcome and check in was so easy also."

"This is an excellent, value for money budget hotel. Most facilities are at par with what you would expect from a budget hotel but most outstanding feature is its very helpful staff. Adam is a star. He went above and beyond with anything we needed help with. All other staff we interacted with - Sumit, Helen, Caroline - were all very kind and helpful. "Hemos estado una noche en una habitación con una cama doble y un sofa cama individual, perfecto para 2-3 personas. La estancia ha sido buena, la habitación tiene vistas al río y al puente. Opción muy recomendable para cortas estancias en la ciudad. La atención en recepción ha sido estupenda en todas las horas y dudas que hemos tenido. "The apartment was great, conveniently located for Newcastle City Center (within a short walk, or short hop on the Metro), Jesmond Metro station and restaurants and cafes in the local area. Check in via the adjacent Holiday Inn was quick and efficient and access to parking (free with the apartment!) was easy. "This hotel is located right beside Teesside Barrage so a lovely area. The staff at this orooerty are so nice and very friendly. The Talpor restaurant and bar right beside the hotel is excellent. The wait and bar staff are so friendly The food is excellent in this restaurant. We will definitely return on our next visit to the UK. We stayed Fiordland three nights the hotel was busy but the guests were considerate and quiet"
