"Very run down and poorly managed hotel.
Tv didn’t work, shower curtain was covered in mold,
No clean towels as the took ours and couldn’t replace them for two days.
People coming and going all night making a lot of noise talking in reception area that is right next to the rooms.
Staff didn’t seem to care we didn’t have any towels for to days and hardly any sleep due to them talking loudly all night and playing music "

"I was concerned by low price and “guest house” in name, I have been caught out before by some cheaper bookings in Heathrow area. However!!! I cannot fault the value of my single ensuite room! Then to top it off the Italian restaurant below was amazing. I will definitely be using again."

"We booked this property because it was very close to a venue we were attending a wedding at, I had booked three rooms and requested one room to be a twin, despite me telephoning twice to check, but when we checked in it was still made up as a double, but it was quickly rectified. We had an evening meal which was pleasant, staff were good but I can’t say over welcoming, the bedrooms were clean, well presented but only had one hand towel, one packet of biscuits and no full length mirror. "The room was quiet even on the main road side with a very comfortable bed. The location was excellent for our needs and included lots of free parking. The WIFI didn’t work very well in our room and we couldn’t get online at night, but were able to connect in the morning. The hotel includes an Indian restaurant so there was a strong smell of curry throughout the property."

"Room was disappointing. Ceiling fan didnt work and it was a heatwave. Extractor in bathroom stayed on for an hour once light had been turned off. Only 1 pillow per person on the bed. Bath towels rough and many straggly ends. All surface areas were sticky, disgusting. Will never recommend this place, it was not the standard we paid for."
