"Unexpectedly an excellent nights sleep for a young family. It’s not a luxury hotel, but it was clean, well maintained, had very welcoming staff & Yorkshire tea in the rooms. The curtains were heavy black out, the windows kept the noise out, the mattress felt new and supportive & a fan was provided for the heat. My child slept & wasn’t woken up by daylight, traffic noise, the stifling heat or worries about cleanliness. Plus they could have a bath. Win."

"Tricky getting in as room code was wrong but very helpful lady on the phone sorted it. Great there is parking and brilliant location.
At night I was woken up by a clattering of crockery and we could also hear people talking which seemed to be coming out of bathroom vent which was odd. Amazing air conditioning unit and room space etc was ideal for a couple of nights."

"スタッフはフレンドリーで 、暑いなか、ウェルカムシャンパンで迎えてくれました。
また、少し時間を過ぎていたにもかかわらず、ウェルカムティーも御馳走になりました。
そして、帰りにはお土産までいただきました。
猛暑から、一週間前にクーラーを設置したとのことで、とても快適でした。
シャワールームも使いやすくリフォームされていて、大理石でした。
朝食付きでこの価格は素晴らしいし、次回もまたステイしたいです。"

"Full of old character. Staff were very polite and helpful. The food was to a high standard and the full English breakfast was 10/10. On site parking was good. I would thoroughly recommend the Falcon as a good base for a stay in or near Bromyard. It's not 5-star luxury, but that doesn't matter. I have used it before and will use it again."

"A lovely hotel with a wonderful welcome. The rooms were absolutely perfect for our nedds, clean and with views of the valley. Food was great and we got parked with no issues. Highly recommend. Thank you."

"Kept waiting outside the property ,taken up to room had to ask for the room key.Given the outside door code verbally ,why not give it on a card ??
Lousy area ,wouldnt stop there again."
