"Made to feel very welcome and hotel kindly arranged a late check-in without fuss. The room was comfy and clean and the breakfast first class. Nothing was too much trouble. Hotel is in a super location on the bridge with views of the river and just a short walk to shops and amenities. Very friendly - will always go back when visiting Thetford area."

"It was a really well presented place in the heart of KL. Modern with all the facilities you could want and more, I particularly liked the communal kitchen area. It wasn't the hotel I was supposed to be staying in, I ended up there due to a mix up, but I'm glad I did. Couldn't fault it. I was a bit fazed by the technical check in system due to worry about it actually working but it was fine. I'd have liked a bedside table or shelf but other than that it had everything I needed. "Staff were friendly and excellent and location is what we expected and room and comfort was very good. The only thing we were not too happy was the free drink with the meal which was house wine as we had RED and WHITE which were not very good as we did express that to the staff there? Also There were no BRANDY in the evening on Saturday around 9pm?"

"Single room for 1 night, a bit cosy but the price was unbeatable. Quiet, clean, comfy bed, good shower amenities, easy parking, polite staff, good wifi. Only improvement I can suggest is to put a darker curtain as quite a bit of light goes through during summer."

"We were on a 3 week tour of England researching our family roots and history. We were purposely looking for stays in smaller villages/towns. This fit the bill perfectly. Our bedroom was comfortable, the shower hot and the food delicious. The staff couldn’t have been nicer - my wife even felt like maybe we had found long lost family. "

"Place was absolutely lovely, booked last minute! Beautiful views and walks, friendly and helpful service! Slept amazing, bed was really comfortable and the shower was lovely and relaxing! We will be staying again! "

"Never made it into the building so no comment on room. No means of entering building, no phone calls answered for help and no parking, as advertised. Total waste of my money for a room I never even used."
