"Such a cool place to stay with history tied to the Titanic. It was close to the port that our cruise left from. The pub below and the surrounding restaurants were all great as well! The staff was super friendly and welcoming. "

When we arrived, there were 2 sets of stairs, ONE single bed and no shower! We called the property and no one responded. We had to find another last minute hotel at higher price and multiple transportation costs as a result. We would not take our shows off here, let alone sleep here! "Dirty, changed my room, someone else in my room when I arrived so not safe to leave any belongings in room as someone else was in the building and had access. Didn’t send entry codes to one room. No toilet or shower so had to use a communal toilet which didn’t have any toilet paper. Cheap for a reason. Clearly are not cleaning the rooms. Wouldn’t risk sleeping under the sheets so slept on top of the quilt "

It is on a safe system that needs imput from the owners and a no to get the small safe to drop and reveal the key to apt. Not able to get TV or internet until landlady came on sun morning. Phone conversation was not good at all. Frequently breaking down when asking questions. No instructions at all in apt to get started. No hot water...
