"Excellent hotel. Close to everything. Spacious bar and chill out areas next to the reception (open plan). The only negative was if you go in the toilet there is a fan that automatically switches on and stays on for about 5 minutes after you leave the bathroom which is fine in the day but not so good if you go in the night and are then trying to get back to sleep "

"Breakfast was very good I must say. There was enough variety come even for us as vegetarians. We didn't spend very much time in the hotel so there isn't much to say about the other facility such as the pool etc and we had little interaction with the staff. The only things that I would say won't the best was the road noise. We were in 311 and the noise from the road was disturbing. There was insufficient pressure from the shower and there was a draft coming from the balcony door. I think it gave me a cold. Aside from that, the hotel was great very nice, there is someone there to help you check in or you can check in online and they will help you get your key. If you don't mind doing a little walking the center is maybe half a mile. If I'm back in Dublin again, I would definitely consider staying here"

"Good stay. Pretty noisy from the street and people in the hallways. Loved the cubbie style bunks in a 4 person private room. Had lots of hooks, shelves and storage bins. We didn't do breakfast because it didn't open until 7a and often we needed to leave by then. Lots of 20 somethings. Very few 40+"

"I had a great time in Dublin and the Clayton Hotel was a big part of that. The room was spacious and refreshed whenenver I wanted. The location is the perfect, close to the city centre, bus stop right outside with several lines. The 700 bus is a direct one to DUB. I will definitely go back. "
