"One of the good thing in this hotel is you will never get hungry. Free snacks and beverages are always served most of the time. Although the room is not so perfect, 'coz we're not lucky to reserve a room facing the pyramids, but you can always see the panoramic view at the roof top terrace anytime. And with regards to staff's customer service, the only word I can say is "bravo""

"An unforgettable stay with breathtaking views! From our bedroom to the rooftop lounge, the pyramid views did not disappoint. The newly refreshed rooftop was beautifully furnished and such a wonderful place to unwind after full days of sightseeing.
Breakfast was a highlight, with fresh eggs made to order, delicious coffee, Greek yogurt, different breads, sliced pound cakes, and individual portions of honey and jam. I especially enjoyed adding a little honey and raspberry jam to my yogurt. The...

"This hotel is the opposite of what was shown on the pictures. In a few words, this hotel is not safe, poor elevator service, dirty, scary. We only stayed there for 3 hours until we were able to book another room somewhere else. Bathroom is very small a square. You can brush your teeth, use the toilette and shower at the same time in that time restroom. Only one small towel was provided for 3 guests."

"The location is excellent- one can walk to the Egyptian Museum and it is only a 3 minute walk to a lovely coffee bar. The staff are excellent and the breakfast was very good, eggs, fruit, cheese, bread etc. The room was not only large but very clean. The hotel arranged my day trip to Alexandria and its execution was flawless . I also recommend having the hotel to have a driver meet you at the airport and whilst there was some confusion, using What’s App easily resolved the problem."

"The hotel is very outdated and it shows. The halls are dark and not welcoming. It’s a little scary, solo female traveler. The balcony of View Hotel was the best part because it gives you the pyramids. My second night being in my room, I found a cockroach. This staff did change my room. However the bedroom are being clean on a daily! The bathroom door knob was broken. The staff are all men so again as a solo female traveler we are looking for safety, I did not feel safe .
