"We stayed at the Bloom on recommendation of a friends friend (Italian) who stayed here when she had to be in Rome for an appointment. The property was amazing. Small fridge in the rooms perfect for water bottles. Great towels/sheets/mattresses and shampoo/soap that smelled amazing. Michela was superb! She helped us with transportation upon our checkout, restaurant suggestions etc. the entire front desk staff was friendly and helpful. WiFi was great as were the 2 game rooms for the adults/kids....
