"My new favourite hotel in Banff!!! Booked last minute and arrived at around midnight, front desk staff was super kind and friendly. Our room was very big, quiet, and clean, we could see the spectacular northern lights from our balcony all night. They are very eco-friendly and even gave us freshly ground coffee in a jar. "Location was great! Safe, convenient underground parking. Easy to go do really anything out and about in Banff, bus stop is right there and you’re on the strip. Our room was okay, nothing wrong just expected a little more for what I paid. Especially because we were on ground level, paid for a mountain view just to have the curtains closed the whole time as people on the street could see in. "Love the place we booked. Quiet and very clean. Best are the beds. Amazingly clean and very comfort. Great place for the family trip. All cook wares. Master bed room shower need improve. Water splashes out like crazy wonder who s idea to make it like that. Lights bulbs burnt 4 out of 6 on dinning table. Red more mirrors. Overall we really love this place. My son didn’t want to wake up. I really want to stay few more nights. We will come back next time "
