"Hotel necessitando de manutenção, visto que o primeiro quarto disponibilizado estava cheio de mofo nas paredes do banheiro e o segundo com infiltração e rachados no teto e paredes. Pessoal educado e bastante prestativo nas solicitações dos clientes. Um ótimo café da manhã, contando com instalações novas e adequadas ao atendimento."

"This property urgently needs a renovation in the bedrooms and bathrooms. Everything is very old and have mold in the room and bathroom. The towels are extremely old, like the sheets that barely cover the mattresses, not to mention that if you don't know Rio de Janeiro, this property is very far from the city's tourist attractions, it’s located on the part of the mountains and when it rains it is extremely dangerous. "This hotel was too far away from the city. Originally I didn’t think that was an issue, however on the first day, a taxi driver charged us 1200 reales from the bus station to the hotel. Complete rip off! This made us concerned about the amount of money we would be spending on transportation to and from the hotel daily. The bedding was horrible. Hard mattress, pillows and two flat sheets. It was not the cleanest. The breakfast buffet had flies around the food. We winded up relocating to...

"Room is spacious king size bed but two single beds together. Breakfast is very good, internet not so good, had to go out of the room to connect. Good restaurant with good dining options, outside area of the hotel is nice"
