"It’s right on the ocean , so big win there , beds could be a bit more comfortable, and maybe include a room microwave. But again the ocean is the big win , I don’t think you can get any closer than to actually jump in . Loved it "

"I booked a room, and when I got to it, the room had not been cleaned since its last use. However, the front desk said it was the last room available and the cleaners had already left for the day. The hotel said they had canceled the booking from their end and that I would get a refund, advising me to find a different hotel. I did get my refund from Expedia this time, but I just found out the hotel never canceled the booking and is sticking to a no-refund policy. If I had believed their lie and hadn't checked my credit card record, I would have been scammed."

"Was disappointed in room cleanliness. Desk chair was ripped, dirty and needs to go in the trash. I was quite shocked that management would leave a chair in that condition in the room. The toilet did not flush well. I would not recommend or stay there again. For the price we paid it was very disappointing. "
