"The breakfast buffet was a bit underwhelming..only eggs scrambled, I didn’t ask about vegan options but egg choices or vegan options were not offered, the basics were there but I felt that getting down to breakfast early was a better bet. I was upgraded to a spacious room on arrival on an upper floor with fabulous views. Very clean and quiet. Central location was excellent. Staff were very helpful."

"The room was beautiful and spotless however some of the furniture was a little worn but it added character. They had the tea and coffee box well stocked and not with just the standard tea and coffee but with the flavoured tea and decaf coffee plus they had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner as well as if you had forgotten anything you could ask for a guest pack (toothpaste, toothbrush, razors etc). On our first day we had and issue with the iron leaking, light blinking and not warming up so...

"The hotel is just minutes off the M5 but an easy bus journey into the centre of Bristol. We had a lovely evening in Bristol and easily got back to the hotel. It is spotlessly clean and the staff are very helpful. The room had everything we needed and we had a choice of double or twin. Lovely breakfast. Great value for money. Lots of parking. We arrived a little early and it was no problem for us to check in."

"Lovely staff and super helpful. Clean, modern. Absolute bargain hotel stay for less than £25. There is a building site next door but it did not impact on my stay. I arrived after 6pm when works had stopped and left at 8am before works started. "

"We wanted a place to stay near our friend wjom we were visiting and this was the closest we could find. But I will never come back to this hotel. The room was very small, ac with hot air , tried to open windows and sleep but the traffic noise was a lot. Bed was not comfortable pillows were really bad - developed backache and neck ache after the stay. We wanted a room just to sleep after roaming around but didn’t get any sleep.
