"I gave this hotel 3 stars because my stay was a mix of positives and negatives.
The front desk staff was very friendly, respectful, and welcoming, and I appreciated the excellent customer service. The room itself was nice and comfortable.
However, I was disappointed that there was no breakfast and the pool was closed, even though both were listed as amenities online when I booked. We still paid the full price for the room despite those amenities not being available, which was frustrating.
