"Very friendly staff from the Front Desk very helpful to the Breakfast staff and the food being served was really freshly cooked. The chef came out to check the food and even greet the guest. The Housekeeping staff very attentive to the guest needs. We were a party of five and I booked two Queen bedrooms. All of my groups agreed were empress. "I have to say I was so pleasantly surprised by this experience. I got a low rate for this hotel and I know Niagara Falls is quite well and Stanley Avenue is a main drag. However, some hotels can be very sketchy in the area. This was not the case. A lot of care was taken in renovating and making this hotel a really nice place for families to stay. I came alone. "Right at the base of Clifton Hill, this hotel was within easy walking distance of so many restaurants and souvenir stores. It is close to stops on the blue and green line buses as well so if walking was not an option, the buses allowed us to get to our destination with ease.
