It is a little dated and so, there is a little bit of "old" smell (not a moldy smell) when we first came in but as soon as we open all the windows and let the sea breeze in, then it's fine. We had the fortunate experience of seeing sea turtles down the beach from the property. Safe and affordable. We had a water alarm go off during our stay under the bathroom vanity next to the kitchen.
