" Room was very clean, check in and check out staff extremely friendly. The cute association With the rubber duckies is cool. The scrabble game in the lobby is a Neat idea. The little notes from housekeeping make you feel truly important. My only complaint is the old style flat back bathtub. However that seems to be the norm in most older hotels? Over all great job and we had a great stay! Thankyou"

"2nd time staying , perfect spot to rest for a night in between wine tasting along Narramata bench , also ideal as it’s at the end of the road cycle across KVR trail from Myra Canyon. After a long cycle , it was wonderful to be greeted with such friendliness and enjoy some tasty bites with a wine taste which was included with our stay . Rooms very comfy , and a nice big bath to unwind "

"We stayed in the penthouse condo #509 - it was beautiful and well equipped. It was nice and quiet. We used the hot tub and steam room, both were nice. We didn’t realize we needed our fob to re-enter the building from the outdoor pool area as well, so we got locked out. Thankfully someone was using the gym and we were able to get them to rescue us! Great location; close to shopping, dining, and wineries. We discovered the best bakery (Specialty Bakery) nearby. The condo board messages...
