"The hotel facilities are excellent, and the overall property is beautiful and well maintained. The pools, common areas, and amenities were all great and made our stay enjoyable.
However, the guest rooms are very outdated and are in urgent need of renovation. The furniture, décor, and overall condition of the rooms feel old and worn, which does not match the quality of the rest of the hotel. Updating the rooms would make a huge difference and greatly improve the guest experience."

"This property was perfect for our late arrival into San Juan. Secure parking, shuttles and clean. The negatives- breakfast was pulled well before the time, getting out of the parking area was frustrating. You need the room key to tap but we had checked out and left it at the front desk. Had to wait for help."

"Older hotel that could use a little updating, but over all it was fine. Did have to request housekeeping to come on 3 times so that was frustrating, but the front desk was helpful and offered extra drink coupons for our inconvenience, Absolutely loved the beach, it was like a secret spot. Most people stayed at the pool that was also nice, but the beach had an amazing breeze. All the staff was super helpful and kind,"

"Pros:
Honestly top 5 hotel stays for me. Central to everything. Staff were awesome! Amenities are Good. Very secure. Cleaning staff although I never saw them they were awesome as well no complaints with their work!
Cons:
There was ONE washer and ONE dryer.
Pillows are outrageously thick and not comfortable. The body isn’t meant to sleep in that position."

"Lovely boutique hotel- rooms are not big (but that felt fine for us), the staff was so helpful and supportive of anything we needed
