"Has a wonderful stay and will definitely go back! Staff exceptionally friendly and welcoming. Excellent location for everything. Only two very minor suggestions would be some charging points by the bed, failing that a plug socket. Plus, it would be nice to have a few more veggie options for breakfast. The veggie sausages were the old fashioned potato with veg in kind not a good old Quorn or something similar. Plus I had to ask for it which was a little awkward. However even without these...

"Hotel has a very good location to get to most of the main attractions of the city walking. It is a budget hotel and it’s reflected in the included breakfast offered at the hotel which isn’t great for people with allergies or food intolerance as they don’t offer many options. Staff is attentive and helpful. The bar is alright but I wouldn’t spend my time drinking there considering how many other cool bars are in the city."

Breakfast was very nice and staff were always busy replenishing and clearing, food was very fresh. Asked for hot milk for cereal and it was no problem. "The booking clerk was quite brusque and was unable to give any information about activities in the area. This was unsurprising, as the same man was doing the bar, reception and taking and serving food orders on our first night - no sign of anyone else! The room had a good view of the lovely looking garden with picnic tables and view of River Dee. Unfortunately, it remained padlocked throughout our stay. The room was a good size with twin beds, but laid out so that you had to crane your neck...
