"I am not sure why I was placed in a handicap room throughout my stay. I had to ask for towels daily and the toilet was interesting as it didn't flush enough to self-clean. My initial say it was brough me back but not sure if I will return. I do believe they can do much better. Staff was pleasant as always. Parking is always great and close to LAX. "The location was ok - the corridors and lifts not clean. Lifts sooo slow. The bathroom had mould. You can simply ask the cleaners to use exit mould and all will be gone. We had an upgrade to a nicer and bigger room which was nice. There is not even one holder on the wall to hang a towel. That was so strange. Practicality!! My favourite part was the attitude if the lady taking orders at the restaurant. Soooo rude. Never seen anything like this. Breakfast menu was ok. Generally finding a good food...
