"The staff was friendly and courteous. The hotel was reasonably priced. The room was clean and beds were comfortable. The bathroom shower and tub were quite old and could use some updating. The door on the back in the bathroom had some water damage and rust on it that was a little gross. "

"This is an excellent location for Waterfire, which we could see from our room and access easily. Good strolls and delicious food all very nearby in the lovely downtown that is Providence. Would recommend!"

"Every member of staff I encountered during my stay was beyond exceptional. From checking in, which went so smoothly and quickly (yet personably), to using the shuttle services, breakfast staff, all were top notch. My room was incredibly clean, very comfortable, and the shower was big and spacious (no one wants a tiny shower where you knock over your shampoo bottles everywhere). The pool was empty Saturday morning, and it was so relaxing. The outdoor courtyard has perfect amounts of shady spots...
