The only advise I would give staff is that when people check in to just inform them of how the lifts work (as you need to use your room card key to work them) and how to switch the air con on in the room (took us an hour to suss out we had to press a button on the top of the panel to turn it on). "Studio apartment was really good and perfect size. It is well equipped with everything you need. The apartment is on a busy road so there js road noise which is to be expected. There is a terrace at the rear of the property which can be used by everyone and is lovely to sit out on. You are asked for a security deposit and ID before check in which is not something that is mentioned by Hotels.com when I booked it. At the time of writing I have not had the deposit back but am assuming that is...

"Do not book this room, it is in a 3rd floor that through a tight stair case. If you have luggage you have to carry it all up. The water and electricity did not work until someone showed up after 30 minutes. Check in is really weird with WhatsApp conversation and key safes to unlock. Remember you have to carry all your luggage up and down a 3rd floor, and I am not talking about a regular third floor. You can consider a 5th floor in a normal building. Doors are flimsy and you can everything going...

"We specifically booked this place for the kitchen as doing long hours and couldn’t afford to eat out all days but there was a kitchen with a coffee machine and kettle - no proper cookware as said on the listing. We also had no info on check in until we had to ring 20mins before. Additionally - we thought we had booked a private bathroom and had to then pay more for that through a bit of a dodgy WhatsApp system. We also ran out of toilet paper and was told multiple times more was being brought...
