"Great"

"I really enjoyed staying at this property. It was in a great location - one block from the beach. Plenty of choice in terms of shopping, restaurants, sightseeing, bars, convenience stores it was all right there. I would consider staying at this property again. Pool was lovely, breakfast was great with lots of options. We were there for 5 days so it was nice to be able to do our own washing with amenities downstairs. It was everything you could as for. "The receptionist who checked me in was very nice and informative with all the questions I had. "

"Rented a car but not parked in hotel because was too expensive the night so had to park on street. Rooms are average size and several blocks distance from beach. Weather was excellent and really good food trucks only a couple of blocks from hotel. Overall was a good stay."

"EVERY hotel, fancy or not, needs to double their inventory on wash cloths. If our room is not cleaned first thing in the morning, we are always left without wash cloths. That is my only issue."

"The staff was very nice and always super helpful (special shoutout to Toshi). They were also very responsive when I had a problem in my room and within minutes a technician was sent and solved it. The cleaning staff also did a great job and I would find my room in perfect conditions each day. The location is very convenient, close to the beach and to the most lively area of Waikiki, and it is super cheap compared to the other hotels in the area, too.
