"Property was nice enough, location good and the pub opposite was lovely. The company that run the property though are terrible. Sykes Cottages trying to scam us out of money for property damage that is unreasonable and without evidence. They send a message via their website that has no way of responding to except for Whatsapp. But no one monitors or replies via whatsapp. "

"The property was relatively clean, tidy, warm and well appointed, but unlike all other self catering bookings I have made there were no welcome items, such as a small bottle of milk, tea bags etc. There is no way within the apartment to adjust the heating without turning down each individual radiator thermostat. The lighting on the long path leading to the courtyard was very poor; specifically by the gate where there was no lighting at all by the steps, which in the dark is a safety hazard,...
