"The staff was incredibly kind and attentive. They helped me navigate the city as a solo traveler. The building can only be accessed by keycard/buzzing in which made me feel extra safe. The location is great - walkable to Chinatown and North Beach. There is no AC so the room felt a little stale at times, but they provided fans and the city itself is cool, so an open window was great. The breakfast is basic but the coffee was surprisingly tasty. I definitely enjoyed my stay and would come back...

"Hotel Nikko is near tenderloin so be careful walking around at night. The room we got had a Bluetooth speaker in it so that alone would make me inclined to book again. The staff were really nice. "Finding parking initially was difficult but eventually I snagged a spot on the street 2 blocks away. Once checking in the receptionist did give me directions to their suggested parking garage that was around the block. I just came solo for a night. The room was modern with good lighting and a nice full length mirror. The bed was very comfortable and supportive. My only complaint is the walls are thin and at times it was quite loud. All in all it was a great option in a convenient location at a great price!"
