"Disappointing Overall Experience.
We arrived at night only to be told that no rooms were available. We were offered accommodation at a lesser hotel about a 10-minute walk away, where we had to check in separately, check out the following day, and then return to this hotel for our room. No assistance was provided throughout this process, which was particularly frustrating after travelling.
The room itself was okay, but the service was poor. Our room was not cleaned until we raised the issue...

"Really nice hotel in a superb location just by the Nile. Busy location so it can be a bit noisy on weekend nights but didn’t impact me at all. Found good restaurants and bars close to the hotel, we ate very good breakfast and dinner at the Geidea, Pottery Bar for food, tea and shisha, everything. For an experience like a local try outdoors Poshenki bar. The Maxim Nile Cruise is not far and even went kayaking as it was only a 2 minute walk from us. There’s a Metro supermarket just opposite,...

"Everything was fine, except the refund of the deposit my room is quite late. Until now, I still not receive the refund of 1 night charged at my credit card (because my friend made the full payment by his credit card). The hotel said they need 5 days for the refund, but it now 9 days already (I stay from 15 to 18 Jan 2020). My booking number at Hotels was: 9211066727534."

"From the first moment the staff were super friendly, we were taken up to the roof top terrace for a welcome fruit juice drink & were in awe by the beautiful view & how close we were to the Pyramids & Sphinx. The room with 4 beds on level 3 was spacious with modern bathroom. No window looking out but that was fine as we were only in there to sleep & the outdoor terrace was only a few steps away. The complimentary breakfast was good & older guy greeted us every morning sitting outside the...

"Hôtel très calme, grande piscine, les équipements extérieurs sont bien entretenus. Le petit déjeuner est varié mais il reste à améliorer au niveau de la qualité.
Le personnel est bienveillant
Salle de sport est grande et fonctionnelle
En revanche, le ménage dans les chambres peut-être plus approfondie car je pense qu’il ne passe pas partout pour bien nettoyer la chambre.
Mais globalement, mon séjour était satisfaisant"
