"Short stay night before flight, great access to airport. Check in very easy. Large hotel, be careful that not all elevators go to all floors!"

"住宿勝在鄰近池袋鐵路站，附近有大型百貨公司及商場，食肆亦多選擇。 酒店住宿方面：房間設施比較落後，不是插房咭就亮燈那種；浴室換氣系統失靈，浴後牆壁天花都是濕的。 但職員都非常好，讚！"

"Front office staff were not very helpful"

"Excellent location. While I could hear the train, it didn’t affect my sleep. Nice breakfast options and very helpful staff. Great room and this time I also got a lounge access which was appreciated due to free pool access."

"Very nice hotel in a convenient location close to a subway station. Some restaurants nearby and a short walk to a nice park."

We were in deluxe King suite. We appreciated the separate water closet and shower. The area is very lively and crowded in the evening. If you prefer a more quiet vibe, I would recommend Ginza. We had the breakfast included and it was very good. Is this close to the Shinjuku train station gives you...

"Beds uncomfortable"

"This hotel is conveniently located close to the Shinjuku train station. Staff was very helpful and the breakfast was delicious. They had convenient laundry rooms and a water station by the elevator. I would definitely stay there again!!"
