"This a good hotel specially regarding location and amenities around. The building is nice as well but need more maintenance as it’s very old. Need to improve and do maintenance in the pool and also rooms.
The breakfast it’s not fantastic, very usual and nothing special. The coffee machine is disaster, ( really worth to change it to better one), pastries are very good.
Staff are very nice and helpful as well."

"If you book this hotel, make sure you choose the “Preferred Club” option.
The location is excellent, and the hotel itself is nice and cozy. The pool is not very large, but it is big enough. The staff were great, except for one person who ruined an entire evening for us, I am not exaggerating! I still cannot believe someone could act so unprofessionally.
There is no private hotel beach area, There is no beach access directly to the beach, so if access to the beach is important to you, I would...

"We stayed for 6 nights. First we are got room near the reception, it was very noisy at late evening and early morning. I asked to change the room , reception stuff change with out problem. Food was good and tasty , big variety. My son likes swimming pool, it is very clean , with salt and warm water.
I recommend this hotel."

"Prima verblijft voor een week. Wel rumoerig aan de voorkant van het hotel daar er een irish pub onder ligt. Als je een goede slaper bent heb je echter hier geen last van. Hotel en de drankjes waren prima."

"We’ve been staying at the Santa Barbara for many years, and have written about it before. It’s still a lovely place to stay if you want the freedom of an apartment and don’t want to be too close to the main resorts. "Great value, amazing staff, and fun entertainment!
For the price, this hotel is a great option. Our rooms were perfectly clean, and the pool bar is excellent for a day in the sun with the kids. A huge special thanks to reception for moving us to a beautiful, quiet garden room after our first night to get away from the outside noise. We also loved the entertainment on a few of the nights; the magician was fantastic and kept us in the hotel after dinner. Would definitely stay again!"
