"El gimnasio es del hotel pero al parecer se lo subarriendan a un coach que lleva su gente y parece romería. No dejan utilizar los aparatos a los huéspedes porque los tiene el apartados con la gente que él lleva. Uno reserva este hotel porque tiene amenidades para entrenar, pero nada una pésima experiencia."

"Chambre en raz de rue, quasi au sous sol : très sombre, vue sur le ciel inexistante, impossible d’ouvrir la fenêtre. Climatisation inefficace et bruyante. Lampe de chevet sans abat-jour.
Coffre fort bloqué, signalé à la réception dès notre arrivée sans aucune intervention. La TV ne fonctionnait pas (cela a été réparé). Mitigeur de la douche vétuste.
Petit déjeuner servi sur des tables sans nappe ni set de table. Parking hôtel inexistant (6 places, toutes prises évidemment).

"The Melia Hotel in Grenada was lovely. The staff were very helpful, the room was well appointed and clean. The breakfast was excellent, the beds were very comfortable memory foam. Really enjoyed our stay."

"The lobby is beautiful and the staff incredibly accommodating. Our room was ready early which was fantastic. Room was spacious and lovely. Beds comfortable. Amenities in bathroom was appreciated and good quality. They met every need and being located near the Cathedral was a huge plus. "

"Hotel was clean, breakfast was great and staff was really helpful! The A/C broke down and the hotel was quick to fix it. I love the neighborhood the hotel is in as it is located a little further out from the tourist center of granada and so you get to experience smaller “tascas” where the local community go to. The Hotel should consider getting a renovation "
