"I choose this hotel because of the good comment on net. As what people said, it is very good. The location is excellent. No matter you take the JR trains, Shinkensen, trams or buses, they are available in a minute. I recommend to choose this hotel. For the buffet breakfast, they provide wide range of food and drinks in hood quality. Staff are very nice and polite. Offering a cheerful smile to me and delighted my day. "Great location, lovely staff and so helpful. We had a Japanese room and after Tokyo and Osaka it was HUGE ! An amazing experience best sleep we have had. We didnt book meals but probably should of booked dinner as that was stressful! Gift shop on site with great items. One night wasnt enough !"

"Good location and good communication. It was nice to have a separate bedroom. I also appreciated all the space and lots of beds for a larger family. Having a clothes washing machine was awesome. The dry function wasn’t as useful and I wish the hotel had more space to hang more of our clothes to dry because of it, but they did have a small closet. Overall, pretty great stay. "
