"Excellent friendly staff very clean hotel though out the only thing that could have been better was the lunch and dinner menu not much choices also I noticed pool quite cold for me and shower and bath water was just warm not hot and I like a hot bath not a warm bath. "

"We stayed here over a bank holiday weekend for Spa break. We were disappointed with immediately after arrival on the day, were shown the leisure/spa facilities of the hotel, which we thought was the spa in the pics, we were not advised otherwise. Spoiler alert, the actual spa isn’t in the same premises, the one on the premises is pretty much like a local leisure centre with tired facilities. We only found the next day that we had to leave the premises to go to the actual spa after my husband...

"We stayed room only. The room was very clean and had all the amenities you would expect. Lovely quality bathroom products too. We ate in the resturant and it was very tasty with lively staff in every interaction. Great cocktail menu too. Would recmmend in all aspects. "

"The classic room we booked was very tired and dated. The walls, especially around switchesX were marked, worn and grubby. The bathroom was especially bad, dusty, mouldy and generally needs a refurb - I felt dirty using it! The decoration, fixtures and fittings were extremely dated. The carpets were marked and stained. "The facilities are good and the rooms are well provided and clean. The food in the restaurant is excellent and of high standard. There is a range of spirits and wines in the bar, and the beers on tap were nice. Car park was ample for the area."
