"Lovely room and hotel. Housekeeping did not come. Arrived late afternoon and no one was available to help with luggage. Family loved the exercise/spa area. Room was quick for breakfast, food was good but I was not expecting it to come on a cart or tray, not bags"

"Though we would like the ADA accessible double queen to be a bit larger to accommodate a wheel chair, we appreciated the shower/bath handles, low heights for hangers, and close vicinity to the elevator. There are also lots of power outlets for your devices! From Front desk to room service, to security, every staff member we encountered was always kind, above and beyond friendly, and helpful."

"The room and facilities were standard. We were disappointed in the level of service we are used to at a Hilton location.
We had breakfast in the hotel's restaurant and the person that greeted us (seemed to be the restaurant or shift manager) was curt. The same person proceeded to have to be what seemed to be an argument with his staff in the middle of the restaurant floor, which was unprofessional. "Wonderful stay. The staff is warm and friendly. The decor of the lobby is casual, elegant and trendy. There is a lounge just off the lobby that was a nice retreat to escape read a book or take a business call. The rooms are well appointed, clean and spacious. I had access to the “M-club” room which offered a nice array for breakfast, complimentary snacks and drinks through the day and nice evening offerings.
