"Our room was very clean and nice . It was on the first floor above the lobby /toilets which has piped music from 7.30am until late into the evening which could be heard all day in our room. It was also positioned in the alley side of the building next to the pub which is also noisy . So maybe not the hotel to stay in if you’re hoping for a quiet get away . "

"We stayed here over a bank holiday weekend for Spa break. We were disappointed with immediately after arrival on the day, were shown the leisure/spa facilities of the hotel, which we thought was the spa in the pics, we were not advised otherwise. Spoiler alert, the actual spa isn’t in the same premises, the one on the premises is pretty much like a local leisure centre with tired facilities. We only found the next day that we had to leave the premises to go to the actual spa after my husband...

"The welcome we received at check in was probably the best welcome ever at a hotel. Our room was squeaky clean and we had a gorgeous relaxing view over the golf course. We ate in the onsite restaurant one evening, sensibly priced and great food, again the staff were exceptional. We loved the use of the pool and its other facilities. All in all it was a fabulous stay, we hope to visit again."

"We booked a standard room and were given a disabled room which was right next to reception. It was therefore quite loud and there was minimal soundproofing. There was also patio furniture outside the window so we had noise from both sides.
The wet room bathroom was pretty nasty. We showered after using the pool after checking in which meant the whole floor was wet and the bath mat was soaked through. There wasn’t a squeegee or anything to get rid of the water. We hoped it would drain but….it...

"We were lucky with the weather and had a drink on the pleasant outside terrace before supper. Perfect location for site seeing in Ely. Private parking , although off site , is very welcome as no parking in town. All was good."

"The facilities are good and the rooms are well provided and clean. The food in the restaurant is excellent and of high standard. There is a range of spirits and wines in the bar, and the beers on tap were nice. Car park was ample for the area."
